Neil Millner
Founder & CEO
Neil Millner is the Founder and CEO of New World Projects Ltd and is a PMI, SAFe 5.0 SPC, SCRUM and ITIL v3 accredited Project Management Professional (PMP, SPC, CSPO, PSM, SPS) with over 20 years experience in the global telecommunications sector.
Neil has held numerous senior executive positions in Technology, Procurement and Project Management functions, working in the field of telecommunications with multinational companies including Deutsche Telekom, Orange, Telefonica, Hutchison Whampoa, Huawei, Ericsson, Imagination Technologies and the UK Government. Specializing in international technology and transformation programmes, inspiring global virtual teams and supply chains to deliver complex multi-million projects & programmes throughout Europe, Asia & US.
Neil has a United Kingdom Masters and Bachelor degree in Telecommunications, Electronics and Physics, is a British native English speaker, and currently lives in Austria. In addition to Technology delivery and consultancy roles he has designed and conducted project management and intercultural development programmes that are suitable across all industries. Neil has delivered bespoke training and development courses for the PMI Hong Kong, German & European Chambers of Commerce in China, Lufthansa Technik, Sagem, T-Systems Greater China, Huawei, ZTE and Fiberhome.
